As the digital communications manager for the college I was tasked with leading the college through a website overhaul. The University of Denver was switching from OmniUpdate to a Drupal environment.
Scope:
55 Sites
- College Home
- 26 School, Department and Area of Study Sites
- 13 Center or Institute Sites
- 15 Psychology Lab Sites
In just under 3 years we were able to go from planning to 55 fully launched sites. My role included:
- Speaking to area stakeholders to determine website goals and content and design needs.
- Determining new site maps and planning site navigation
- Designing page layouts including components used and content
- Supervising website copywriters and editing all copy
- Conducting quality assurance on all sites
